An ultrasound order from your OB/GYN provider must be provided prior to your exam if billed to insurance. These can be faxed to 208-545-9528. Orders can be delivered in person on the day of the study also.

Payment will be collected at the time of service for cash pay exams. Insurance information must be provide at the time of service. Insures will be billed and any remaining out of pocket requirements will be the responsibility of the patient.
